You’ll feel like you’re getting away from it all when you pull into this KOA, where half of the 20-acre campground is wooded. Yet you’re just off I-70 and close to all the city sights and casinos. Park on a shaded, level pull thru or choose a Kamping Kabin. There is a multi-purpose room for your enjoyment and groups are welcome. Mini golf, swimming, movies, a game room, playground and sports courts entertain kids and adults.
Kansas City offers loads to do: Cheer the Royals and Chiefs. Shop at the famous Country Club Plaza, Crown Center and outlet malls. Visit Harry Truman’s home, library and museum. Also, the biggest and best Bass Pro Shop is opening March 1st! Get your thrills at Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun (pick up discounted tickets in the campground store along with homemade apple butter!). Be sure to sample the city’s famous barbecue too.
